- Per HIPAA Journal, an unauthorized party accessed the network between 28 and 30 Apr 2026; names, dates of birth, diagnosis, treatment and insurance information, and for some patients SSNs, were involved; 3,386 current and former patients were affected. Letters began 9 Sep 2026; HIPAA Journal’s 22 Oct report is the first public report we found.
